To reserve a booth (or multiple booths) please fill out the form below. If you prefer to pay by check or arrange some other method please email Andy and we’ll work it out.

Please Read!

Check the Vendor List before picking your booth number to make sure it’s not already reserved. If you happen to choose a booth that is already reserved, we will do our best to get you a booth in the same general area. Also, please familiarize yourself with the policies and practices listed on this page before signing up (especially if you are food vendor).

**Due to the large number of vendors who sign up for a booth and never send a payment, we are no longer able to hold booths without payment. Please submit your payment WITH your signup form. (If you are mailing a check, please mail it as close to submitting your form as possible.) **If your name is not on the vendor list or if it has a star, we have not received your full payment.

Tables and Chairs

Vendors may either bring their own tables (chairs are included at no cost) or rent one from SeaGate Centre (using our registration form) for $10 each.


There is a $60 charge for electrical hookups. You are welcome to bring your own battery powered generators or backups if you are so inclined. There are a number of free outlets outside of the vendor hall peeps are free to use for phone charging and similar activities.

Important note about vendor spaces

Each booth will be mapped out prior to setup. Vendors are required to stay within their booth’s footprint. Walkways are measured ahead of time to comply with safety and fire codes as determined by the fire marshal. Spilling into the walkways can become a serious issue that can result in injury and/or fines. Taking up space in your neighbor’s booth is not allowed without their consent. 

Vendors are NOT permitted to call out across other booths or walkways to people passing by to try and get them to come to your booth, offer them free samples, get them to sign up for raffles, hawk your wares at them, etc.  We’ve had several complaints and this behavior will no longer be tolerated since it causes customers and visitors to actively avoid the area all together and ruins the experience for everyone. Vendors doing this may not be invited back to future Oddmalls.

Policies & Practices


In order to ensure the quality and appropriateness of items displayed at Oddmall: Emporium of the Weird – HALLOWONDROUS we have instituted a jurying system. If you have been a vendor at previous Oddmall shows you are automatically accepted and do not need to pass the jury process a second time (unless you are a scammer or one of those guys who claims to be running a sweepstakes wherein people can win a free vacation but is actually just a way to trick people into paying for condos).

The following items are allowed in WITHOUT having to be juried:

Handmade Art
Handmade Crafts
Art being sold by the creator or a direct representative of the creator

The following items are allowed in on a limited basis and are subject to jurying:

-Direct Sales Goods (Origami Owl, Pampered Chef, etc…).
-Home Improvement Products (Leaf Filter, Bath Fitter, etc…)
-Live animals
-Anything with safety concerns (open flame, sharp edges, etc…)
-Food and Drink (see below)

The following items and services are not invited:

-Scams posing as official sweepstakes
-Any products that promote racism, homophobia, intolerance, hatred, or prejudice
-Random garage sale junk
-Vendors who stand in the aisle to snag customers, steal customers from other vendors, or chase customers down the aisles. Vendors need to stay in their own booth spaces to conduct their sales. You may not intrude into or shout at customers that are in other people’s booth spaces. You may not hold customers against their will. (This seems to be the sales tactic for certain companies and will no longer be tolerated.)
-Meanies. Aka sellers who are not prepared to engage with unique, interesting, intriguing, costumed customers of all ages, sizes, groups, orientations, fandoms, etc. Our customers are just as diverse as our odd, weird, and geeky vendors. ODD is in our name, and vendors should be prepared for such. Sellers who are just going to mock, name call, or otherwise belittle customers, other vendors, or anyone else (whether under their breath or out loud) are not invited to join in the fun.

To apply for the jurying process (there is no fee) please email some samples of your product or a website link where such things can be seen (or just tell me what you do if that’s more appropriate). I’m Andy and you can reach me here.

Food Service

In general, samples 2 oz. or smaller are permitted, as are items packaged for outside consumption with a price of $8 or more.

Refunds and Cancellations

Booth fees are nonrefundable unless the reason for the refund is our fault. Please make certain you can attend the show before you submit your registration.


Vendors are encouraged to decorate their booths in whatever fashion they desire. As long as it fits in your allotted space it’s all good.


By registering as an Oddmall vendor you are giving us permission to use images of you and your artwork in our advertising and on our website. You may opt out of this by emailing Krystal at, although I’m not sure why you’d want to. It’s free advertising for you, after all.

We’ll do our best to make sure you get the booth you reserve, but Oddmall reserves the right to adjust booth assignments as needed based on availability, unforeseen circumstances. The maps represent approximations of the actual layout and no claim of absolute accuracy is made. Please include a first, second, and third choice of booth numbers.

Billing statements will say “Con on the Cob” as the account name. Con on the Cob is a gaming nerd convention that shares the Oddmall account, not a confidence trick, in case you were worried. Both entities are hosted by Mutha Oith Creations.
